Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 18, 2024, NextTrip, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it partnership with Dooya Media Group to deliver Compass.TV, the Company’s travel discovery channel and app that is expected to go live in September 2024. A copy of the foregoing press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and is incorporated by reference herein.
