Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units vest on May 21, 2025, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer.

2. Effective on May 13, 2022, the Issuer effected a 1-for-11 reverse stock split of its common stock (the "Reverse Stock Split"). The amount of securities reported on this Form 4 has been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Stock Split.
