Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 6, 2024, nLIGHT, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2024 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, 41,751,932 shares of the Company’s common stock, or approximately 88% of the 47,562,870 shares entitled to vote, were present virtually or by proxy and voted on the following proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on April 26, 2024 (the "Proxy Statement"):
Proposal One - Election of Class III Directors. The following nominees were elected as Class III directors to serve until the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders or until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified.
