On March 19, 2026, Nomadar Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Company secured a $5.4 million strategic investment from an international investor. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
