Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 29, 2026, Norfolk Southern Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting fourth-quarter and full year results for 2025, as well as its Quarterly Financial Data for the fourth quarter of 2025.
