Northern Edge Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to privately-held US-based Amran Instrument Transformers and India-based Narayan Powertech Pvt. Ltd. ("Amran/Narayan Group") in the sale to Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI).

Structured as the simultaneous sale of two separate companies, the acquisitions are the largest in Standex's history, with a combined enterprise value of approximately $462 million consisting of both cash and stock consideration.
