Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 19-20, 2025, Brian Bird, president and chief executive officer; Crystal Lail, vice president and chief financial officer; Travis Meyer, director corporate development and investor relations officer; and Emilie Ng, treasurer, of NorthWestern Energy Group, Inc. d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (Nasdaq: NWE) (the “Company”) will be participating in American Gas Association's Financial Forum on Marco Island, Florida, and hosting one-on-one meetings with existing and potential investors. During these meetings, they will be providing certain information concerning the Company in a slide presentation.
A copy of the presentation is being furnished pursuant to Regulation FD as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
