Item 7.01 Regulation FD
On March 12, 2026, we issued a press release announcing the awarding of specialized contracts to WSP USA, Inc., Worley Alaska, Inc., and Hatch Ltd. to advance key infrastructure and unit operations as part of the ongoing Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) update for the Donlin Gold project in Alaska.
