CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Nucor Corporation (NYSE: NUE) declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.56 per share on Nucor's common stock. This cash dividend is payable on May 11, 2026 to stockholders of record on March 31, 2026 and is Nucor's 212^th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.

In a separate action, Nucor's Board of Directors approved the repurchase of up to $4.00 billion of the Company's outstanding common stock. This new authorization replaces the previously authorized $4.00 billion repurchase program (which was terminated by the Board of Directors in connection with the approval of the new authorization), under which approximately $3.69 billion of the Company's common stock had been repurchased since its authorization in May 2023. The Company expects share repurchases will be made from time to time in the open market at prevailing market prices or through private transactions or block trades. The timing and amount of repurchases will depend on market conditions, share price, applicable legal requirements and other factors. The new share repurchase authorization is discretionary and has no expiration date.
