On January 20, 2026, Persis Drell resigned from the Board of Directors, or the Board, of NVIDIA Corporation, or the Company, including as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective immediately.

Dr. Drell resigned to pursue a new professional opportunity and not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
