On April 18, 2025, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4375 per share for every depositary share, representing 1/40th interest in the Series A Preferred Stock, payable on May 15, 2025 to stockholders of record on April 30, 2025. The text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
