1. Reflects restricted stock units ("RSUs") withheld in satisfaction of the Reporting Person's tax withholding liability. The RSUs were granted to the Reporting Person on March 31, 2023 pursuant to the Excelerate Energy, Inc. Long-Term Incentive Plan (as amended, the "Plan"), and a portion vested on March 31, 2025.

2. Includes 15,266 outstanding RSUs granted under the Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of Class A common stock of the Issuer.
