On August 13, 2024, Oklo Inc. issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the shareholder letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
