Item 7.01.			Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 19, 2025, Olin Corporation’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 on each share of Olin common stock. The dividend is payable on March 14, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 6, 2025. This marks Olin’s 393rd consecutive quarterly dividend.
