On November 3, 2022, Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. issued a press release announcing its third quarter 2022 earnings, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein. The press release includes the dial-in information for the earnings call to take place on November 4, 2022.
