Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 5, 2025, Orion Properties Inc. announced that it had changed its name from Orion Office REIT Inc. to Orion Properties Inc. to better describe its broader investment strategy to shift its portfolio concentration over time away from traditional office properties, towards more dedicated use assets that have an office component.
Trading under the new name is expected to begin on March 17, 2025. Shares will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol “ONL.”
