Other Events.

On April 6, 2021, Outset Medical, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it has launched a public offering of 5,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), including shares to be issued by the Company and shares held by certain selling stockholders of the Company (the “Offering”). In addition, the Company and such selling stockholders are expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of Common Stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
