Oxford Lane Capital Corp. Provides Update on Share Repurchase Program
GREENWICH, Conn., Aug. 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oxford Lane Capital Corp. (NASDAQ:OXLC) (NASDAQ:OXLCP) (NASDAQ:OXLCL) (NASDAQ:OXLCO) (NASDAQ:OXLCZ) (NASDAQ:OXLCN) (NASDAQ:OXLCI) (NASDAQ:OXLCG) (the "Company") today provided an update regarding the Company's program to repurchase up to $150.0 million worth of the Company's common stock in the open market prior to March 20, 2026 (the "Share Repurchase Program").
From July 24, 2025 through August 13, 2025, the Company has repurchased approximately 4.9 million shares of its common stock for a total purchase price, including any commissions, of approximately $17.4 million, at an average price of $3.53 per share. Following these transactions, approximately $132.7 million remains available for repurchase under the Share Repurchase Program.
The timing, manner, price and amount of any share repurchases will be determined by the Company, in its discretion, based upon the evaluation of economic and market conditions, the Company's stock price, applicable legal, contractual and regulatory requirements and other factors. The Share Repurchase Program is expected to be in effect until March 20, 2026, unless extended or until the aggregate repurchase amount has been expended. The Share Repurchase Program does not require the Company to repurchase any specific number of shares. The Share Repurchase Program may be suspended, extended, modified or discontinued at any time.
