On September 12, 2025, Kaled H. Awada, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (the “Utility”), informed PG&E Corporation and the Utility that he is resigning from his positions effective September 30, 2025 to pursue another opportunity.
