PACS Group, Inc. (NYSE:PACS) ("PACS" or the "Company"), which together with its subsidiaries is one of the largest post-acute healthcare companies in the United States, announces the appointments of Kelly Priegnitz as Chief Compliance Officer and Trent Bingham as Chief Human Resources Officer. Mr. Bingham joined PACS on Nov. 10, while Ms. Priegnitz began her role on Dec. 1.

Ms. Priegnitz joins PACS after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Pinnacle Treatment Centers since 2020. Prior to her service at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Ms. Priegnitz held a variety of senior healthcare compliance leadership roles throughout her career, including Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Trilogy Health Services, Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Healogics, and Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Kindred Healthcare. Ms. Priegnitz received her law degree from the University of Oklahoma and her bachelor's degree from Troy University.

"Working in the post-acute care field has consistently been a source of passion for me. Joining PACS as the Chief Compliance Officer has rekindled that enthusiasm and I'm eager to contribute within an organization that shares my dedication to high-quality post-acute care," said Ms. Priegnitz. "PACS's strong commitment to its patients and staff resonates deeply with my professional values. I am inspired by the organization's mission and the emphasis it places on both patient well-being and employee support."

Mr. Bingham has extensive experience in senior Human Resources leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of HR Business Partnerships at Swire Coca-Cola. He previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Renalytix and held leadership positions at Edwards Lifesciences, eBay, and Eli Lilly & Co. Mr. Bingham is a CPA who began his professional career in public accounting with KPMG. He received his MBA from Brigham Young University, and his bachelor's degree from Utah State University.

"Purpose has always mattered deeply to me, and that's what drew me to PACS. The mission to revolutionize the delivery, leadership, and quality of post-acute care gives profound meaning to the work we do," said Mr. Bingham. "I'm inspired by the opportunity to help people connect their talents to that larger purpose, knowing it ultimately benefits both our teams and the patients we serve."

"The additions of Kelly and Trent to our Executive Leadership Team reflect our ongoing commitment to attracting and retaining top leaders across the organization," said Jason Murray, Chief Executive Officer at PACS. "Each brings many years of deep healthcare industry experience in prominent companies and we look forward to Kelly and Trent helping PACS fulfill its mission to ‘elevate healthcare in the post-acute care space' for many years to come."

Ms. Priegnitz succeeds Kathy Lauer, who served as Interim Chief Compliance Officer since July 2025 and will continue to advise PACS through Q1 2026 to assist in the transition and support the Company's ongoing enhancements to its compliance program.

Mr. Murray added, "On behalf of the entire PACS organization, I want to thank Kathy Lauer for her invaluable advice and contributions as interim Chief Compliance Officer over the last many months and wish her all the best in her future endeavors."
