Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 6, 2024, PACS Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary operational metrics for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. The Company also announced that it will postpone its third quarter 2024 earnings release and conference call, originally scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
