The Company was distinguished by scoring in the top 20% of over 2,350 global real estate participants. Within the GRESB subset of Office / Americas respondents, Paramount also outperformed 55 out of 68 companies. The GRESB Assessments are guided by what investors and the industry consider to be the most important issues in the performance of asset investments and are aligned with international reporting frameworks, goals, and emerging regulations.
