The hotel, formerly Shangri-La Vancouver, is now operating as Hyatt Vancouver Downtown Alberni until a multi-million-dollar redesign enhances and elevates the hotel's guestrooms, residential style lobby, public spaces and spa, and the hotel joins the Park Hyatt brand.
