Explanation of Responses:

1. This option vested as to 1/30th of the shares underlying the option award on each one month anniversary of the vesting commencement date of June 15, 2018, except that 274,594 shares vested upon the closing of our Series B financing in March 2019, and 98,069 shares vested upon the closing of our initial public offering.

2. This option vested as to 25% of the shares on the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date of February 14, 2020, with additional vesting as to 6.25% of the shares underlying the option award on each three month anniversary thereafter.
