1. Consists of restricted stock units ("RSUs") awarded pursuant to the Enfusion, Inc. 2021 Stock Option and Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). The RSUs will vest in full as follows: 296,143, 296,143, 296,143 and 296,143 on each of March 1, 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028.
