Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 7, 2025, Paycom Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. As previously announced, the Company will hold a conference call at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, to discuss its financial results.
