On November 29, 2022, PBF Logistics LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing the resignation of C. Erik Young, the Senior
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of PBF Logistics GP LLC (the “GP”), the general partner of the Partnership. Mr. Young also resigned as a director of the GP, and from all other positions with PBF Energy Inc. and its affiliates, effective as of
December 20, 2022, in order pursue other professional opportunities. Mr. Young stated that his resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the GP, the Partnership or the Board of Directors.
