PDD Posts Upbeat Revenue, Joins Avidity Biosciences, SpringWorks Therapeutics And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Tuesday
U.S. stocks traded mixed, with the Dow Jones gaining around 10 points on Tuesday.
Shares of PDD Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:PDD) shares jumped in Tuesday’s session following third-quarter results.
PDD reported third-quarter FY23 revenue growth of 94% year-on-year to $9.44 billion, beating the consensus of $7.69 billion.The Chinese online retailer's adjusted earnings per ADS of RMB11.61 ($1.55), compared with RMB8.62 Y/Y, beating the consensus of $1.23.
PDD Holdings shares jumped 18.6% to $139.62 on Tuesday.

- Avidity Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:RNA) surged 22.3% to $7.53 after the company reported expansion of cardiovascular collaboration with Bristol Myers Squibb.
- SpringWorks Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:SWTX) gained 15.5% to $23.99. The FDA approved SpringWorks Therapeutics’ Ogsiveo (nirogacestat), an oral gamma-secretase inhibitor, for adult patients with progressing desmoid tumors who require systemic treatment.
- GDEV Inc. (NASDAQ:GDEV) surged 10% to $2.53. The company recently reported a decline in third-quarter sales.
- nLIGHT, Inc. (NASDAQ:LASR) gained 8% to $13.98. Benchmark upgraded nLight from Hold to Speculative Buy and announced a $17 price target.
- Clearway Energy, Inc. (NYSE:CWEN) gained 7.4% to $24.55. Clearway Energy will replace Veritiv in the S&P SmallCap 600.
- The Carlyle Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CG) rose 6% to $34.78. Carlyle Group will replace ICU Medical in the S&P MidCap 400, effective prior to the open of trading on Nov. 30.
- LendingClub Corporation (NYSE:LC) gained 5.4% to $5.88. Piper Sandler initiated coverage on LendingClub with an Overweight rating and announced a price target of $8.
