On May 29, 2025, Peoples Financial Services Corp. gave notice of the voluntary redemption of all $33,000,000 in principal amount of its 5.375% Fixed to Floating Subordinated Notes Due 2030 (the “Subordinated Notes”), to be redeemed as of June 30, 2025. The redemption is permitted under the optional redemption provisions of the Subordinated Notes and, following the redemption, no principal amount will remain outstanding related to these Subordinated Notes.
