On June 24, 2025, Philip Morris International Inc. (“PMI”) is hosting an investor meeting (“Europe Investor Focus Event”). In connection with the Europe Investor Focus Event, PMI is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission the slides of the Europe Investor Focus Event presentation, attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
