On June 13, 2025, Philip Morris International Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.35 per common share, which press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
