Item 2.02 - Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 10, 2025 , Piedmont Lithium Inc. issued a press release announcing an update to the proposed merger between Piedmont and Sayona Mining Ltd announced on November 19, 2024 that will combine the two companies to create a leading lithium business. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
