Pinstripes Walnut Creek to Open on November 15 at Broadway Plaza
New Two-Story Bistro, Bowling and Bocce Venue Features 25,000 Sq. Ft. of Dining, Gaming, Private Event Space & Expansive Outdoor Patios
Pinstripes Holdings Inc. ("Pinstripes" or "the Company") (NYSE:PNST), the acclaimed experiential dining and entertainment destination, opens at Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek on Friday, November 15. The brand's second San Francisco-area location, near its signature San Mateo Hillsdale Mall venue, (and 18th location nationwide) features a full-service bistro serving chef-driven Italian-American cuisine and handcrafted cocktails, eight bowling lanes, two indoor bocce courts and private event spaces for groups of up to 1,500.

Occupying 25,000 sq. ft. along South Main Street, Pinstripes' 100-seat bistro features an elevated menu with enticing seasonal starters and entrées, a thoughtfully curated wine list and handcrafted cocktails. Restaurant-style seating provides guests with the flexibility to enjoy their meals at booths, tables surrounding the bar, or in front of big-screen TVs airing major sporting events on the expansive upstairs and downstairs outdoor patios.

Upon opening in Walnut Creek, Pinstripes will complement its sister location in San Mateo and host many private corporate and social events – targeting over 1,000 events within its first year of operation, with events ranging in size from 20 – 1,500 guests – making it a true social hub for the Walnut Creek and surrounding communities. Pinstripes' elevated menu of made-from-scratch recipes feature house-made Italian-American classics, including rotating seasonal specialties prepared with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Menu highlights include: hand-stretched pizzas and flatbreads, like the Legendary Lobster that is layered with cheddar, mozzarella, fresh herbs and scallions and topped with Maine lobster and shrimp; delectable sandwiches, such as the Famous Prime Rib Dip with provolone cheese, horseradish cream and au jus nestled between a pretzel bun or the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with jalapeno slaw, housemade calabrese sauce and pickles on a brioche bun; and remarkable Chef Entrées such as the Chicken Parmesan with all-natural, cage-free chicken that is pan-seared and served with fettuccine pasta, rosemary cream sauce, and fresh mozzarella served over Italian San Marzano tomato marinara or the Filet Mignon Trio with three-3 oz. filets topped with peppercorn and gorgonzola, served with crispy brussels sprouts, truffled potatoes and bordelaise sauce.
Guests can satisfy their sweet tooth after a delicious meal with a selection of dreamy desserts, including a New York Style Cheesecake served with blueberry compote and housemade whipped cream or the Celebration Sundae, which is the perfect dessert for any occasion, layered with vanilla bean ice cream, salted pretzels, and housemade whipped cream and topped with chocolate sauce and an Italian cherry.
Pinstripes Walnut Creek will offer its famous Pintastic Weekend Brunch Buffet every Saturday and Sunday featuring sweet and savory culinary delights, including a signature waffle station; a made-to-order omelet station; a carving station featuring prime cuts of Maple-Glazed Ham and Herb-Crusted Prime Rib; and additional breakfast selections, including Chicken and Goat Cheese Pasta and Herb-Roasted Chicken; and a sweets table everyone can enjoy featuring Milk Chocolate Fondue with an assortment of dippables, including Fresh Strawberries, Rice Krispies, Marshmallows and more. Pinstripes Walnut Creek is located at 1115 Broadway Plaza and is open for lunch and dinner Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Happy hour is available Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
