Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 30, 2023, Pinterest, Inc. (the "Company") announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 by issuing a press release. In its press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on October 30, 2023 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 and outlook. The text of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company makes reference to non-GAAP financial information in the Company’s press release and the conference call. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures is contained in the attached press release.
