Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

(a) On October 15, 2024, the Board of Directors of Pioneer Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an amendment to Article VI, Section 5 of
its Bylaws to change its fiscal year from June 30 to December 31. The Company will file a transition report for the six months ending December 31, 2024 on Form 10-K.
The Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Company are attached as Exhibit 3.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
