Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 9, 2025, Planet Green Holdings Corp. issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary Fast Approach Inc. announced a new intervention for anxiety and depression, particularly among adolescents. The project is being developed in close collaboration with licensed mental health professionals to ensure clinical responsibility and ethical integrity.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
