(e) Compensation Awards.

On March 27, 2025, the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Post Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the following grants of performance-based restricted stock units (“PRSUs”). The number of PRSUs set forth in the table below represents the targeted number of PRSUs awarded:

These PRSU awards were made by the Committee under the Post Holdings, Inc. Amended and Restated 2021 Long-Term Incentive Plan through the use of the form of PRSU award agreement approved by the Committee on November 12, 2024, which was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) as Exhibit 10.52 to the Company’s Form 10-Q filed on February 7, 2025 and described in the Company’s Form 8-K filed with the SEC on November 18, 2024, the terms and description of which are incorporated herein by reference.
