Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 3, 2025, Post Holdings, Inc. (“Post” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its execution of a definitive agreement to acquire 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, Inc. and providing Post’s updated fiscal year 2025 outlook assuming the completion of the acquisition on July 1, 2025. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and a related investor presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
