On August 30, 2022, Rebecca B. Liebert, Executive Vice President of PPG Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of her intention to leave the Company to explore an external opportunity, effective September 16, 2022. On September 1, 2022, the Company issued a press release reporting Ms. Liebert’s departure. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
