Section 7 – Regulation FD
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 10-12, 2024, members of PPL Corporation's (the "Company") senior management will be meeting with analysts and investors to discuss the Company's corporate strategy and general business outlook at the 59th EEI Financial Conference. At these meetings, the Company is expected to review PPL's overall strategy, its current capital investment plan and potential future increased needs, while maintaining one of the strongest balance sheets in the U.S. utility sector. PPL will also reaffirm its long-term financial targets, including 6% - 8% annual earnings per share and dividend growth through at least 2027, as discussed on its third quarter earnings call on November 1, 2024.
