Adjusted EBITDA³ loss of $(4.1) million in the second quarter of 2025, a decrease of 8.7% as compared to the first quarter of 2025.

Strategic Bitcoin Treasury Initiatives:

Leveraging our strong cash position and robust business fundamentals, we initiated a disciplined treasury reserve program in the second quarter, starting with an initial $20 million purchase of 187.42 BTC at an average price of $106,712 BTC in June 2025.
