Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 16, 2025, the Reporting Person made a charitable donation of 5,000 shares of common stock to a donor-advised fund, which will use the gifted shares for charitable purposes.

2. Includes an aggregate of 557 shares acquired by the Reporting Person under the Issuer's 2016 Employee Stock Purchase Plan on March 7, 2025.
