Explanation of Responses:

1. Grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") under the Issuer's 2022 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of the Issuer. The RSUs were granted on March 3, 2025 and will vest in equal installments on each of March 4, 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the company.

2. Includes 37,500 unvested RSUs.

3. The option was granted on March 3, 2025. The shares underlying the option are scheduled to vest with respect to 25% of the shares on March 3, 2026 and the remainder are scheduled to vest in equal monthly installments through March 3, 2029.

4. The option was granted on March 3, 2025. The exercise price per share is equal to 110% of the closing price of the Issuer's common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on the date of grant. The shares underlying the option are scheduled to vest with respect to 25% of the shares on March 3, 2026 and the remainder are scheduled to vest in equal monthly installments through March 3, 2029.
