Explanation of Responses:

1. Sales were effected pursuant to a 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on August 2, 2024 in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

2. The price reported in column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $27.575 to $27.855 per share. The reporting person undertakes to provide, upon request by the SEC staff, the issuer or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

3. These shares are held by a trust for the benefit of family members of Mr. Martin with respect to which Mr. Martin shares voting and disposition power. Mr. Martin disclaims any beneficial ownership of these shares.
