    P&G Recommends Stockholders Reject April 7 Mini-Tender Offer by Potemkin Limited

    The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) today announced that it has been notified of an unsolicited "mini-tender" offer by Potemkin Limited (Potemkin) to purchase up to 100,000 shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $100.00 per share.
