Compensation of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
On October 23, 2024, the Compensation Committee of Pro-Dex, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a discretionary bonus for Richard L. Van Kirk, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, in the amount of $70,000 based on the Company’s performance during the first quarter of fiscal year 2025 and other performance metrics. The bonus will be paid in cash in the next bi-weekly pay period with a pay date of October 31, 2024.
