On November 9, 2023, ProFrac Holding Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release reporting the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirely by reference.
