On September 23, 2024, Hideki Garren, M.D., Ph.D., Chief Medical Officer of Prothena Corporation plc (the “Company”) notified the Company that he is resigning from the Company effective September 27, 2024. Dr. Garren is departing the Company to pursue an opportunity at a large pharmaceutical company.
