    Transition to QuadMed brings integrated, personalized health care services to more than 4,300 eligible members

    SUSSEX, Wis., Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- QuadMed, LLC, a health care experience company specializing in employer-sponsored health solutions and a subsidiary of Quad/Graphics, Inc. (NYSE:QUAD), has partnered with Utz Brands, Inc., to manage the Utz Health & Wellness Center in Hanover, Pennsylvania. This new chapter builds on a strong legacy of care established when the center first opened in 2016, ensuring employees and their families receive exceptional, personalized health care services while benefiting from QuadMed's innovative, whole-person care model.
