Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 14, 2025, Mr. Ramaswami Seshasayee, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Quaker Chemical Corporation (“the Company”) notified the Company of his retirement from the Board, effective on such date. Mr. Seshasayee served on the Company’s Board since 2019 and was a member of the Audit and Compensation and Human Resources Committees. Mr. Seshasayee’s decision to retire was voluntary and not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.

In connection with Mr. Seshasayee’s retirement, the size of the Board is being reduced from twelve to eleven directors, effective immediately.
